Edible LA is a James Beard Award-winning quarterly publication that features, highlights, celebrates the fantastic Los Angeles food scene, as well as culinary destinations abroad.
Simply put, we love restaurants -- to us, going to a restaurant is an exciting adventure that engages our senses and expands our curiosity, which also happens to be our single favorite human attribute.
The people behind our incredible food scene toil (literally, toil) and offer their ephemeral art out of a spirit of generosity. It's not complicated; they want you to leave happy and well fed.
We aim to show the behind-the-scenes in celebration of this community. We don't do restaurant reviews. We focus on the people.
The Edible brand has come to epitomize certain values -- regenerative agriculture, eat local, slow food, organic, biodynamic -- which we share.
As a media platform, we offer digital as well as print, as well as events that can help brands tell their story and align with our amazing LA food creatives. We've featured LA Icons such as Molly Baz, Nyesha Arrington, Lien Ta, Niki Nakayama and Carol Iida, Diego Argoti, Bricia Lopez, Minh Phan, Ori Menashe and Genevieve Gergis, Heather Sperling and Emily Fiffer, benny blanco, Jess Damuck, and so many more. Our community is engaged, passionate, and growing. Join us.

Pitch us at ediblelamagazine.com. We're always looking for unique stories that shine a light on our wonderful food community here in LA. We veer towards urban, chef-focused, kitchen-culture-obsessed, diverse and inclusive and veer away from anything too brand-focused. We like to keep it real.
